The Garage Youth Center in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania is thrilled to present BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY SHADE™: an empowerment workshop affirming and celebrating the beauty found in every human being. You must register for the event at https://beautifulineveryshade.eventbrite.com. It will be held at THE GARAGE on Friday, June 3rd from 5-7 pm. A dance from 7-10 pm is FREE to students if they attend the workshop–if not, the cost is $10.
6th-12 grade students are invited for an interactive workshop about defying destructive stereotypes and discovering the true beauty that comes with every shade of human radiance. Throughout the evening we will circulate through a variety of stations, participating in exercises designed to help us build bridges across difference. Please STAY after for a NEON DANCE PARTY! There will be FREE PRIZES, and FREE FOOD!
