Congratulations goes out to all the staff and students who participated in Sunday’s Monster Mash. We had 90 people, but still did not take home the participation award. We will beat Bancroft next year, but it will take all of you KMS students joining us in celebrating the day. A special shout-out to our Cross-Country Team, who cleaned up in the awards department. Divan Du Toit, Logan Piercy, and Miko Davidson placed with medals in 1st ,2nd , & 3rd place in their age category, along with Maya Ranganath! Hats off to Mr. Moore, who also won a medal in his category-and dressed up like an officer of the law. What a beautiful day to end the month of October. Cross-Country team, remember to go home on the bus on Monday. We will take a team picture and turn in uniforms on Tuesday this week. Pick-up will be at 3:45 pm on Tuesday. Our banquet will be held on Friday, November 4th.

School season is prime time for classes, homework, sports… and the flu. With the flu virus most active from October to May, getting vaccinated is the #1 way to prevent the FLU and the fever, sore throat, body aches, and serious health complications. Come to Kennett High School on Tuesday, Nov 1 that’s tomorrow between 2:30 – 6:30 to get your FLU vaccine if you haven’t already been vaccinated by your doctor. See Mrs. Shannon if you have any questions.
