Congratulations to our November Students of the Month.
Thursday, December 19, 2019 Day 6
Attention KMS…6th Graders, 7th Graders, and 8th Graders! We only have 1 more wake-up before Break! WOOT!!! It’s time to try to guess this year’s Musical!
Clue #4 The Disney movie, musical, and on-ice versions of this show have been popular for almost 30 years because of the beloved storyline that tells a tale of magic, friendship, personal growth, and love.
All students interested in performing on stage or working on the Stage and Tech Crew should listen carefully to these important details and dates:
All stage performers: Actors, singers, dancers, and tumblers: The meetings to teach you how to be prepared for auditions are Friday, January 3rd and Tuesday, January 7th after school from 2:35-4:30 in the cafeteria. You should attend one of these meetings, but you may attend both to be more confident and feel more prepared for your audition. If you do not attend one of these meetings, you may not be best prepared to audition. Everyone who performs on stage must audition, but everyone who auditions will be invited to practice and then perform in the musical on May 8th and 9th.
Students interested in working on the Stage and Tech Crew: You must attend ONE of the meetings on Friday, January 3rd OR Tuesday, January 7th after school from 2:35-3:45 in the cafeteria. At this meeting, you will hear from Mrs. Coe what the different roles are and what is done backstage and in “the house.” You will petition for your top 3 role choices.
If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Uster in A004 or Mrs. Coe in B004 as soon as possible. Pay attention to tomorrow’s morning announcements for the FINAL Musical reveal clue and the BIG REVEAL.

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN! There were half a dozen items left on the list for the 7th-grade food drive and students went over and above to bring in the remaining food. Ms. Fellows, as well as the whole staff, are very proud of those students who participated.
So far, the three deliveries have yielded 170 lbs of food for the food cupboard Stay tuned for the final delivery total later this week.
Ms. Fellows will be dressed as Santa all day Friday and will be in the cafeteria for “Selfies with Santa” at lunch. It is the first time 7th grade has met the goal since 2015. Congratulations 7th grade. Way to go!
